Simple terms. No surprises.

By signing up, you're joining the Vault Catalyst Summer 2026 Analyst Cohort, an 8-week, zero-fee training program. Participation is voluntary and you can leave at any time.

• Submit genuine work on tasks. Plagiarism disqualifies you from prizes.
• Log real founder calls. Fake calls disqualify you and get your account removed.
• Don't impersonate Vault Catalyst staff, VCs, or investors when reaching out to founders.
• Don't share other analysts' private submissions outside the platform.
• Be truthful in your profile. Misrepresenting your identity disqualifies you.

• We'll run the program for the full 8 weeks.
• We'll review memos at Week 8 and select the top 3.
• Top 3 receive the promised internship, recommendation letter, and warm intros into partner funds.
• We'll distribute selected memos to our partner GP network, with your approval.
• We'll treat your work as confidential and only share it with your consent.

You own your work. Thesis, memos, market maps, call notes, all yours. By submitting to the program, you grant Vault Catalyst a non-exclusive license to use anonymized excerpts of winning memos for future marketing (with your name attached if you opt in, anonymized if you don't).

Content on vaultcatalyst.com, the Vault Catalyst brand, logo, and copy, is Vault Catalyst's property. Don't rip it.

Nothing in this program is investment advice. Vault Catalyst is not your investment advisor. Analysts don't make investment decisions or receive fees from investors or founders.

Participation doesn't create an employment relationship, a brokerage relationship, or any financial obligation on Vault Catalyst's part other than the commitments above.

Top 3 prizes, guaranteed internship, recommendation letter, warm intros, are awarded based on the combined score of XP, advisor-panel review, and memo quality. Vault Catalyst's decisions are final.

Prize delivery may take up to 30 days after the end of the cohort. Internships are unpaid unless otherwise specified.

We reserve the right to remove accounts for plagiarism, fraud, fake founder calls, harassment, or violating other analysts' privacy. Removed accounts forfeit all XP, prizes, and Fellow designation.

You can leave the program any time by signing out.

If we materially change these terms, we'll email active cohort members at least 7 days before the change takes effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India (where Vault Catalyst's HQ is registered). Disputes are resolved by arbitration in Bangalore.
